Who we are
This website, dolphinhaley.com, is run by Dolphin Haley LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08396885, VAT number GB227467883). Our registered office is Boundary House, Cricketfield Road, Uxbridge, Middlesex, England, UB8 1QG, UK.
We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about this policy at freshthinking@voxlydigital.com.
What this website collects
This website is a simple information page. It has no contact forms, no accounts or logins, no newsletter sign-up and no analytics or advertising tracking. We do not ask you for any personal information.
Like all websites, some technical information is processed automatically when you visit:
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request so it can deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We use this only to run and secure the website, which is our legitimate interest.
- Web fonts. The page loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google to download the font.
Cookies
Dolphin Haley LTD does not set any cookies on this website, and we do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. That is why you do not see a cookie banner.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (such as __cf_bm) to tell people apart from automated bots and keep the site secure. These cookies do not identify you, are not used for marketing, and do not need your consent under UK law. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work.
Third parties
| Provider | What it does | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts and secures the website | IP address, browser details, pages requested |
| Google (Google Fonts) | Supplies the website's typeface | IP address, browser details |
The site also links to our brands' websites (Voxly Digital, Voxly Vision and Bright Loop) and to our Trust Center, run by Scytale. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and nothing is shared with them unless you click through. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US Data Bridge.
If you email us
If you email freshthinking@voxlydigital.com, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use this only to reply to you and handle your enquiry. We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with them and for up to two years afterwards, unless they lead to a business relationship. We never sell your data or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to transfer it. To make a request, email freshthinking@voxlydigital.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the website changes, for example if we add a contact form or analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
